Can these eyes be baked in the oven?
Yes! These eyes are oven proof when using them in your polymer clay creations. Polymer clay like FIMO is bakeable at 110c (230f). These eyes are able to withstand these temperatures.
Are these eyes waterproof?
No. These eyes are not waterproof.
How can I keep these eyes looking their best?
These eyes are for indoor use only. Please do not use these eyes in sculptures or projects that will be kept outside. Keep out of direct sunlight as the design may fade.
How long is your processing time?
All items in my shop are made to order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. I aim to make your order within 3 days. Once your order has been made it will be ready to be dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Post.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
What are your delivery times?
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post. Royal Mail aims to deliver post within 1-3 days. During busy periods (Christmas etc) this time may increase slightly.
Delivery to the EU and USA can take between 2-4 weeks.
Please note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods, or disruption to services through adverse weather or strikes.
International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.
Payments
I use PayPal to securely handle your payment. I never see your credit card information and PayPal has been a trusted (and reliable) service for many years. You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance. Guest checkout is also available (no account required).
PayPal is now integrated, so you don't have to go there to complete your transaction!
Do you accept returns?
If you have a problem with your order please contact me using the 'Contact Us' form.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
For returns contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
I will refund upon receipt of item.
